Our team of Donegal Chefs, now led by chef John McIntyre, takes a great pride in presenting fresh local produce, the finest & freshest that we can source, in their varied dishes delivered with a modern Irish twist.

Every dish is individually prepared & presented simply, allowing the natural flavour of the quality produce to speak for itself.

Our Menus are recommended by all the leading guides and "The Olde Castle" was nominated Co. Donegal's Best Gastro Pub in 2010 by the Irish Restaurants Association. All our fish is sourced from local Ports and delivered fresh to our door 6 days a week. Our Lobster, Crab, Mussels and Oysters are all fresh from Donegal Bay. We are blessed with the most bountiful and pristine waters in Europe on our doorstep !
